Okay I'm very slow at keeping up with the blog, but I promise to do better!

We have enjoyed the past few months having a retail space to sell Pom Pom Chocolates at the Mall on Main Street in Rexburg! However, they will be closing tomorrow, March 27th.

BUT... I am thrilled to announce Pom Pom Chocolates has been accepted to sell at Brittany Rae's Boutique just a few doors down from Mall on Main Street, in Rexburg!! We are so excited about this and know it is a great opportunity! Brittany Rae's has all kinds of awesome things from shoes to affordable clothing, handmade jewelry, vinyl signs, a lingerie store, and hair salon in back! You have got to check it out, and if you have already, they get new things in all the time so check back soon!

I use fresh, local ingredients which I think definitely contributes to the amazing taste of these melt-in-your-mouth truffles. Even the mint I use is grown by a local farmer! The truffles are SO creamy and delicious! The perfect way to get your chocolate fix (and the only way to fulfill mine now!).

Fall Boutique

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be at a Fall Boutique this Saturday, Oct. 24 selling my chocolates, caramel popcorn......and a new delicious addition! Cinnamon Kissed Organic Dried Apples. They are soo scrumptious and make a perfect Fall treat!! They also would make the perfect gift. Thanks to my in-laws for letting us use their orchard apples!

Well the Farmer's Market has ended for the year, but I have so much ahead of me to do! Right now I am working on the new Holiday additions, and I am really excited about one of my favorites that I will have available for order starting in November.... cookie dough truffles! Eggless of course, and soo good! Watch my blog for upcoming events and fairs I will be at to get more of your favorite chocolates.

This Friday, October 9th will be the last Rexburg Farmer's Market of the year! I am sad and excited all at the same time. Sad because I will miss the market, but excited I will be able to focus on my new chocolates for the Holidays! I am really excited about some fun new recipes that will be great for the Holidays and Christmas gifts! (I am taking Holiday Gift orders starting Nov. 1st!)

This Friday at the Market, because it is getting so chilly, I will be making homemade chili and cornbread muffins to have at my booth. If you are in need of some warm chili and cornbread come Friday night, I'll see you there at the Market! I will also be having some fun Autumn decorated chocolate pretzel rods, and lots of cider and hot chocolate! At the last market they will be having a Fall Harvest and lots of fun stuff going on - you can bring your kids to paint pumpkins, there will be a pumpkin contest, and a Market Gift Basket Giveaway --- which will include a Pom Pom Chocolate Gift!!! :) I hope to see you there!
